Have you noticed a big green or yellow bus in your district? That is one of our bookmobiles. They visit 35 districts, each district every 3 weeks. They are mini-libraries that offer books and magazines for young and old. The whole family can register for membership. Children between 2-14 years must bring an adult, with ID, to become a member. If you are older than 14 years of age, you only need a valid ID. Adults need an ID such as a valid “sédula”, driver’s licence or passport.

Please note that the bus visits your district every three weeks. If you miss it, overdue charges are Naf. 0,25 for each book. But you can also bring back your books to the main library or to one of the other districts. Not finished reading yet? Come and ask us to renew it. If there's no reservation for that book, then renewal is o.k.
You can also make copies for 20 cents per page in the green bus.
Don`t forget that it is also posible to borrow several magazines.
